Regular Season: $250.00 per night with a 3 night minimum or 2 nights with an additional $45 cleaning fee. Post Labor Day- May 15. 

Peak Season: $345.00 per night with a 3 night minimum or 2 nights with an additional $45 cleaning fee. May - Labor Day, Holiday weekends, Spring Break and special Events.  Both based on occupancy of up to twelve guest.

Maximum occupancies are strictly enforced. This includes all ages. If you arrive with more guest than the cabin will sleep, it will be your responsibility to find a place for them to stay. Our septic system and well system are set up to handle the number we have posted.

All rates and applicable taxes are subject to change without notice. 

Age Requirement: Must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation.

A 50% deposit is required when making a reservation. Balance is due a minimum of 30 days prior to the check in date. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged the full balance. A current credit card will need to be on file at check in. 

Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival will receive 75% refund. Those made 30-60 days will receive 50% refund only if accommodations are re-rented, cancellations made less than 30 days forfeit all payments. 

WHC is a 2-story 3 bedroom / 2 full baths house on 4 acres that sleeps 12 guests. There are 3 queen size beds, 2 full size beds, and 2 twin size beds. 

Cabins are not handicap accessible. 

Wifi: Available but no streaming or your Wi-Fi will be shut down.

Things to bring: Linens, blankets, pillows, towels, and personal items. Beds only have a mattress cover and sheet is required. A charge of $25 will occur for mattress covers that are unprotected, damaged, soiled or stained. 

We Provide: 2-rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels for a 2-3 day stay, for longer stays you may request more. You may bring your own, if needed (must be septic safe toilet paper). We supply dish soap. (There is no dishwasher). Trash bags are supplied in each can and replaced on a daily basis. 

Damages: Please take care of our property. We reserve the right to charge cleaning or repair fees for damages to our property. We reserve the right to refuse further service to any guest at any time based on the Management's discretion. If a guest is asked to leave, they will be responsible for the entire stay including any cleaning or repair fees incurred. Any fees will be a charge to the credit card on file.

Pet Friendly Cabin: $10/per pet per day with a 30 lb. limit. All pets must be leashed when outside and especially at the river. Pets are not allowed on any furniture. Please pick up after your pet and just let management know if you need poops bags. If management picks it up, you will be charged. All pets must be registered prior to arrival. Unregistered pets will result in a $100 charge to the credit card on file. 

Guests not registered with WHC property: Guests should not invite anyone who is not a registered guest to join them at the cottage or at the river. The only exception would be those made with the management and lessee prior to lessee's scheduled arrival. 

Armbands: Each guest will wear an armband from check-in to check-out.

Automobiles: Must be registered and have proper tag. DO NOT DRIVE DOWN TO THE RIVER.

Parking: Keep off the grass/yard area. Park and drive on the road base only. Do not park on the yard or grass area. Do not go past the large rocks blocking the yard for unloading or loading. You will be charged for damage. 

Firewood: Due to Texas Oak Wilt, one of the most destructive tree diseases in America, we will not longer allow firewood brought to the property, no exceptions!

Property Premise: No nails, screws or wires are to be placed in any trees. Charges for damages to trees or property will be incurred. 

Fires: Follow all rules and regulations during a burn ban. Disregarding a burn ban will result in you being asked to leave without a refund. Fires in grill or the fire rings only during a non-burn ban times. 

Cookers, outdoor deep fryers or like appliances that use oil: Do not use on the porch and do not dump oil in grass. 

Refrigerators: To keep cold do not overstock with room temperature items. It takes 24 hours to be cold again. Cases of water/beer etc. should be re-cooled. 

Tent Camping: Not allowed on property. 

Toilets and Drains: Will clog if improper material is flushed or rinsed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you would be charged damages of up to $500.

Water slides / Kiddy pools: Not allowed on property. 

Fireworks/Firearms: Fireworks are not allowed on property. No hunting or use of firearms, including BB/air pellet guns, sling shots or bow & arrows.

Spray Sunscreens: Do not spray over floors, porches or decks.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the house, this includes e-cigs and vape pens. (Owner is allergic to smoke!) Butts should be disposed of properly. If management picks up butts from the yard, you will be charged a clean up fee. A fee $250 will be accessed for smoking inside the cabin. 

Trash: Please have your inside trash to the outside trash can for trash pickup between 10-11am each morning. Yellow mesh bags are provided fro your time on the river. Please do not trash the river! Bring the bags back to the cabin and place in or near your trash can. Please do not leave any food items / garbage outside cabin as it will attract critters. Do not litter by throwing wrappers, cans, bottle caps, food, water balloons etc. Cascarones (Confetti Eggs) and pinata's are not allowed. A clean-up fee of $100 minimum. 

River Access: Swim at your own risk and do not leave children unattended. No class containers or Styrofoam in or around the river area. The fine is substantial. No drugs, loud noise, profanity or public intoxication or you will be asked to leave without a refund. Keep family oriented. 

Please be respectful of your neighbors and others staying at  the nearby property.

Keep noise / music down after 11pm. Remember we are in a valley and sounds travel very easily.
